Celsius Network LLC separately accepted responsibility under a non-prosecution agreement and agreed to cooperate with the government. Celsius shut down its mobile and web apps on February 29, 2024 as part of winding down business operations. Celsius remains affiliated with Ionic Digital LLC and Hut 8 Corp.
