Chromia raised $3 million in a 2018 private sale and $2.5 million through a 2019 public sale on KuCoin Spotlight, per CoinMarketCap. The project received a seed investment from Binance Labs in 2019 and a strategic investment from Animoca Brands in 2020. Additional backers include NGC Ventures, FBG Capital, Du Capital, JRR Crypto, DFG Capital, LD Capital, and several other funds. Applications live on the mainnet include My Neighbor Alice, Mines of Dalarnia, and the ColorPool decentralized exchange.
