In October 2023, Luxy.io began migrating its $LUXY token from a multichain token to one native to the Rollux network, with the stated aim of removing reliance on centralized bridges and concentrating liquidity. A Syscoin ecosystem update published in August 2025 reported that core systems had been migrated and that final infrastructure testing was underway.
Luxy.io's $LUXY utility token carries a stated supply cap of 100 million tokens, with a buyback-and-burn mechanism designed to reduce that cap to 50 million. Token holder benefits include early access to NFT drops, reduced marketplace fees and access to DeFi staking incentives. Luxy.io states that its seed and private rounds raised $1,150,000, and its IDO took place in November 2021 through PolyLauncher, KSM Starter and Axion, offering 5 million LUXY at $0.08 and raising $400,000. Backers include IBC Group, BlockDesk Ventures, Pinata, Semetrix, CGM Ventures, Unity Capital and The Crypto Launchpad.
