Circle is a stablecoin issuer and internet financial infrastructure company that co-founded by Jeremy Allaire and Sean Neville, best known as the issuer of USDC, a regulated digital currency redeemable 1:1 for US dollars and backed by highly liquid cash and cash-equivalent assets.
